System Introduction
The system logic architecture consists of four parts: host computer control center, test control execution system, test tooling, and excitation signal .
• The host computer control center consists of a PC with built-in test platform software. Its main uses are as follows:
(1) Realize all functions of the platform test software, including: command control, channel control, protocol communication, data acquisition, data processing, data storage, data display, etc.
(2) Realize human-computer interaction between the system and the user;
(3) Authority management for users at different levels;
(4) Configuration and calling of test files for different test products. The host control center is connected to the test control system via a standard LAN bus.
• Test control system hardware platform + real-time management software, where the hardware platform includes: high-precision battery simulator, temperature simulator, total voltage simulation unit, multimeter, etc.
• You can set the test items, operation mode and other items that need to be tested for each model in the background.
• You can select and configure test items according to your needs, and form test configuration files for different models for calling during testing. Before testing, scan the barcode to call the test parameters and then conduct the test.
