System Introduction

The system provides users with a full set of charging and discharging test solutions from single cells to MW-level battery packs. The test system adopts a two-way energy feedback structure with a feedback efficiency of 80%. Compared with the traditional charging and discharging system, the energy generated by battery discharge can be fed back to other electrical equipment in the factory, greatly saving the terminal's electricity cost. At the same time, the smaller energy consumption and volume also save the test site. It also has functions such as DC impedance test, cycle life test, and different rate charge and discharge capacity test. The test data can be saved and queried.

1. Bidirectional energy flow, seamless forward and reverse switching, high dynamic response, full load switching time as low as 10ms;

2. With constant voltage, constant current, constant resistance and constant power working modes, rich functions;

3. DSP design, realizes full digital control, ensures high reliability;

4. Strong overload capacity, meets the voltage and current time requirements of the controller overload demand;

5. Adopts advanced active power factor correction technology to reduce the interference of harmonics on the power grid, which is better than industrial application standards;

6. High reliability protection performance, resistant to high and low temperature, humidity, salt spray and other harsh environments, reducing operating costs;

7. Modular structure, improves system reliability and maintainability, and facilitates capacity expansion;

8. The PF value on the AC side is greater than 0.99, which improves the load capacity;

9. External communications include Ethernet, CAN, RS485 and dry contacts, seamlessly connecting external system operation.
