System Architecture
The entire system consists of six parts: Control Center, Meas Unit, Execute Unit, Test Fixture (DUT), Signal Unit, and Software Platform (SW Platform). The system is designed based on PCI bus and Lan bus. Under the control of the host, the test unit performs the acquisition of electrical signals and receives and sends various I/O signals and instrument communication signals. The "control center" is the "brain" of the entire system, responsible for coordinating the actions of each part to complete the detection task.
