System Introduction

The "BOBC/DCDC Performance Test System for On-Board Chargers" is a functional automated test solution tailored to customer needs. Overall Design

The core of the system is the on-board charger performance test system, and its core is the virtual instrument technology of the NXI bus. Using the integrated measurement and control system and various instruments (power analyzer, oscilloscope, DC power supply/load, AC power supply/load, electronic load, DMM, etc.) independently developed by Jinkaibo, CAN card, charging guidance system simulates the actual working conditions of BOBC/DCDC, uses virtual instrument technology to test related functions, and saves the test results to the database.

This test system can test BOBC or DC-DC separately, or test both functions together, and is compatible with a variety of products such as 1.5KW\3.3KW\6KW\22KW. All test items are directly controlled by the computer, without the need for manual operation of the instrument, to achieve safe, easy to use, accurate and efficient results.

Software Interface

Test items can be adjusted according to customer requirements, such as adding safety tests, high temperature tests, etc.
